Come check out what Chuck Close is calling "the dominant forum for the exchange of ideas in the art world".

Kent Hammond distributed suitcases to a few artists who added artwork to the suitcases. They then passed the suitcases on to other artists of their choosing who modified the artwork and returned pieces to the suitcases, which were distributed again and eventually were then taken to the gallery. At the gallery all the artists met to open up the suitcases and put aside what they felt were complete pieces. Other pieces were taken off site to be modified and returned later to the gallery. The artists added additional materials and objects to complete the installation on site.
